The New Generation™ ZONE Pillow by T-Y Group & Harbor Linen is a high-quality pillow designed to provide superior comfort sleeping experience. It features a unique construction with small whole feathers (Downey) surrounded by of New Generation™ fiber. This innovative design combines the softness and fluffiness of down with the support and resilience of microfiber fill.

The pillow is finished with a double-needle corded edge, adding durability and a touch of elegance. Each pair of pillows comes vacuum-sealed from the factory, ensuring freshness and protection during transit. To fully enjoy the pillow’s loft and comfort, it is recommended to allow it to fluff up and be re-fluffed daily.

The pillow is hypoallergenic, making it suitable for individuals with allergies or sensitivities. It is made with a non-allergenic microfiber fill and features high thread count ticking that resists stains. The New Generation™ ZONE Pillow is known for its exceptional softness, quality, and allergy-friendly properties.

Shipping: most orders include free shipping via FedEx Home Ground. All orders are shipped on Thursday-Friday each week, and the estimated time of arrival is 2-5 business days after shipping. You will receive a tracking number via email to monitor the progress of your shipment.

For Returns, refunds, and disputes, please note the following policies:

1. Disputes: Before initiating a dispute with your bank, kindly allow 1-2 weeks for us to process any claims. If you have any concerns or issues with your order, please contact [email protected] with your order number in the subject line and provide pictures of any defects, if applicable. Refunds will be issued once proof of defects has been provided.

2. Returns: We accept returns only for unopened products. To be eligible for a return, the product must remain in its vacuum-sealed bag. Shipping & Return Fees (both ways) will be deducted and a restocking fee of $25 applies.

3. Refunds: Refunds are only applicable for duplicate orders. In case of defective products, replacements will be provided free of charge upon receipt of pictures showcasing the defects.
