Returns & Refunds Policy

All merchandise is accepted for credit or exchange if returned in new condition, unwashed, unopened in original packaging within 30 days of purchase. Simply contact our Customer Service Department to initiate the process.

Please note that individually sold pillows & bedding products are not returnable. ( including sets of 2 )


In accordance with federal and state guidelines and for the safety of our consumers, suppliers and carriers, some products are non-returnable and non-refundable. 

***Incomplete order returns may be subject to a $40 restocking Fee***

Returns to Our Processing Center

Items being returned require a Returned Goods Authorization (RGA) number. The RGA number can be obtained by calling the HSG Customer Service Department at (786) 600 1348

No Invoice or Pre-paid Shipping label?

If you do not have the original order confirmation or the packing list from your order from Hotel Supplies Group, please email [email protected] and our Customer Service Department will be glad to help you.

Items never arrived?

In the unlikely situation that your items are lost by the carrier, please contact Customer Support to expedite shipping of a replacement order and initiate an investigation with the carrier.
